This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the MCP product strategy and roadmap with a focus on user adoption.
• Lead the activation and adoption process through comprehensive research, usage analysis, and investments in product and go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for CLI power users, agent builders, and tool-calling developers across platforms such as Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Conduct customer pilots and proof of concepts, transforming engagements into showcases, reference stories, and strategies for adoption.
• Create demos, playbooks, documentation, and enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
• Document MCP toolpoints, agents, and integration patterns thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the MCP engineering lead on product development, launches, and fostering user adoption.
• Integrate customer use cases, research insights, and adoption metrics into engineering decision-making.
• Serve as the internal point of entry for MCP, ensuring visibility into tool coverage and identifying capability gaps.
• Work with the Smart Assist team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Manage business metrics and data signals in conjunction with Business Intelligence.
• Develop product briefs and use-case narratives.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment from initial concept through to general availability.
• Represent MCP in leadership reviews, customer interactions, and external events.
• Contribute to decisions related to pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• Mentor new Product Managers and share knowledge about the platform and user personas.
• A minimum of 7 years of product management experience, particularly in delivering impactful features and driving adoption in enterprise SaaS or B2B software products.
• Proficiency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling; experience with MCP or agent platforms is essential.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, synthesis, and product decision-making.
• Proven success in driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-focused product.
• Demonstrated ability in field enablement and effective storytelling.
• Experience in conducting customer pilots or proof of concepts and translating them into product evidence and reference narratives.
• A data-driven approach to understanding adoption, funnel metrics, and business impact.
• Capability to navigate technically complex and ambiguous platform challenges, making informed scoping and prioritization decisions.
• Ability to foster cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, go-to-market teams, Customer Success, and Security.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly in architectural discussions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise deployment complexities, regulated industries, and administrative governance is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work in the UK on a continuous basis.
