This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Define and steer the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products encompassing Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and product leaders, fostering clear ownership and accountability.
β’ Manage customer journeys including registration, identity verification, account access, funding, withdrawals, and account management.
β’ Create shared capabilities that support PENNβs online Sportsbook and Casino businesses, bridging digital and retail customer experiences.
β’ Enhance payment performance and customer funding experiences in collaboration with Fraud and Risk teams.
β’ Collaborate with Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to embed regulatory and customer-protection requirements into product experiences.
β’ Modernize internal tools and workflows for Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, Compliance, and Operations teams.
β’ Establish KPIs and leverage customer insights, data, and business impact to prioritize investments and evaluate outcomes.
β’ Work alongside Engineering on platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and third-party integrations.
β’ Align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and business teams.
β’ Perform additional duties as necessary.
β’ 8+ years of experience in product management.
β’ 2+ years of experience in people leadership.
β’ Proven experience managing managers and senior individual contributors across various product areas.
β’ Experience in setting product strategy and converting it into targeted roadmaps and measurable results.
β’ Background in identity, authentication, onboarding, KYC, payments, fraud, risk, trust & safety, compliance, or internal tooling.
β’ Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with Engineering on platforms, APIs, integrations, and complex technical systems.
β’ Excellent analytical judgment and the ability to use data to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and assess business impact.
β’ Capability to balance customer experience, growth, risk, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
β’ Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
β’ Experience operating within complex, regulated, high-transaction, or multi-product environments.
β’ Familiarity with online gaming, fintech, financial services, marketplaces, commerce, or other regulated digital businesses is advantageous.
