Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a significant segment of Blockworks' product portfolio.

• Lead a team of three Product Managers responsible for various products within Blockworks.

• Establish clear expectations and provide direct feedback to foster the growth of Product Managers.

• Transform customer requirements, company goals, and market prospects into product priorities.

• Make challenging trade-offs and direct teams toward solving high-value problems.

• Interact with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to gain insights into customer needs.

• Enhance product discovery, prioritization, feedback mechanisms, and internal workflows.

• Create a consistent product operating rhythm to enable teams to deliver faster and make informed decisions.

• Decompose ambitious concepts into targeted releases for expedited learning.

• Analyze product usage and collect customer insights to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Engage in continuous product iteration.

• Work collaboratively with Design and Engineering teams throughout the product development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing Product Managers.

• Proven ability to assist PMs in becoming more capable and independent product leaders.

• Experience overseeing a significant product area from initial discovery to launch.

• Ability to point to specific product decisions and the outcomes they produced.

• Proficiency in building prototypes to convey ideas rapidly.

• Experience in developing enterprise software tailored for sophisticated clients.

• Familiarity with APIs, data models, integrations, and other technical aspects of product management.

• Track record of enhancing product team operations through discovery, feedback loops, planning, prioritization, or product development processes.

• Knowledge of institutional investors, asset managers, exchanges, or other financial market participants is a plus.

• Understanding of crypto markets and industry practices is beneficial.

• Direct experience in creating crypto products for institutional or professional users is an advantage.

• Experience in launching products from the ground up or commercializing enterprise products in collaboration with Sales and Marketing is advantageous.

• Comfort with product monetization, pricing strategies, and product packaging.

• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions.
