Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, structure, enhance, and maintain the Product Backlog in a current state

• Craft precise user stories accompanied by clear, detailed acceptance criteria

• Assess and prioritize tasks and features based on return on investment, urgency, and business significance

• Liaise with business, marketing, support, and leadership teams to set expectations and collect feedback

• Engage in Sprint Planning meetings, backlog refinement sessions, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensure the development team comprehends delivery goals and the anticipated value for the end user

• Act as a liaison between business requirements, customer needs, and the development team

• Optimize the value of the delivered product by ensuring clarity in requirements, strategic prioritization of the backlog, and alignment with the product vision

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in digital Product Management

• Strong understanding of agile practices, particularly the Scrum framework

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to convert business language into technical specifications

• Analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and product metrics

• Organized, proactive, user-focused, and results-driven mindset
