This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for serverless GPU workloads, dedicated capacity, and associated compute products.
• Identify issues in deployment and production that customers are willing to pay to resolve.
• Engage directly with developers, ML teams, and infrastructure buyers to comprehend workloads and adoption challenges.
• Balance trade-offs involving cold starts, performance, cost, capacity, availability, workload isolation, and governance.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to convert customer needs into actionable requirements and prototypes.
• Evaluate product flows and address decisions as technical constraints arise.
• Define APIs, SDKs, CLI workflows, documentation, and platform capabilities for production operations.
• Lead product positioning, pricing, packaging, and discussions with go-to-market teams.
• Monitor activation rates, deployments, production usage, reliability, expansion, and revenue.
• Commit to ongoing product enhancement and roadmap development.
• Proven product management experience overseeing technically complex cloud, infrastructure, platform, compute, or developer infrastructure products from inception to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• In-depth knowledge of software and infrastructure systems, including APIs, containers, distributed systems, networking, and storage.
• Experience collaborating directly with technical customers and translating their architectures and workloads into scalable product strategies.
• Familiarity with the developer experience, understanding the journey from an initial API call or deployment to reliable production usage.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize based on customer needs, engineering limitations, platform investments, and revenue opportunities.
• Demonstrated ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Hands-on approach to testing products, analyzing data, showcasing to prospects, and leveraging prototypes and AI tools.
• Experience with GPU compute or AI infrastructure, including inference, fine-tuning, training, or batch workloads (preferred).
• Background in developing serverless, cloud compute, Kubernetes, or container-based infrastructure products (preferred).
• Awareness of the AI infrastructure and cloud compute landscape (preferred).
• Prior technical experience in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with usage-based billing, metering, reserved capacity, or infrastructure pricing (preferred).
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure requirements concerning security, reliability, governance, or capacity (preferred).
