Senior Product Manager, Seller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product strategy for an AI-driven seller experience across both web and mobile platforms.

• Expand the audience of homeowners and potential sellers.

• Create experiences that transform initial interest into ongoing engagement and lasting relationships.

• Link sellers with appropriate selling products and services when they are ready to take action.

• Establish success metrics for both conversational and AI-based experiences.

• Rapidly prototype, utilizing AI tools to test concepts with customers and align the team.

• Convert data and customer insights into defined priorities while challenging existing assumptions.

• Articulate strategy, plans, and results to senior leadership.

• Play a key role in the broader seller strategy as a thought leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of developing and scaling consumer-facing products based on a deep understanding of customer needs.

• Experience in building and launching products for both web and native mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

• Hands-on experience in creating AI or LLM-powered products, or a demonstrated interest and understanding of their functionality and limitations.

• Proven ability to take products from inception to market while achieving measurable impact at scale.

• Strategic, data-informed product prioritization and execution skills.

• Capability to provide clarity and direction to cross-functional teams in uncertain situations.

• Strong communication and influence skills with stakeholders.

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or consumer real estate is an advantage.
