Senior Product Manager – Risk Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Articulate and convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Risk Intelligence.

• Direct cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

• Collect and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to guide product decisions.

• Create comprehensive requirements and user stories that convert customer needs into actionable development tasks.

• Ensure smooth integration of APIs and data sources to boost product capabilities.

• Work alongside sales and customer success teams to facilitate effective go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.

• Regularly assess product performance and analyze data to discover areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a SaaS context.

• Solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• In-depth understanding of APIs and their significance in product development and integration.

• Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions is beneficial.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Data-driven approach with experience in analytics tools.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Enthusiasm for technology and a strong interest in the latest trends in critical event management and business continuity.
