Senior Product Manager – Recruiter Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and implementation for the recruiter experience within the Karat Platform.

• Establish the roadmap for workflows and analytics experiences aimed at recruiters.

• Identify tools, automation, and insights that enhance recruiter efficiency and improve decision-making.

• Investigate methods to highlight and direct top candidates towards more suitable opportunities.

• Prioritize features according to customer requirements and business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, content, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to provide enterprise-grade solutions.

• Facilitate integrations with clients' current recruiting systems.

• Design and enhance recruiter dashboards and reporting functionalities.

• Analyze usage data to pinpoint workflow challenges and areas of drop-off.

• Conduct experiments to enhance insight discovery, minimize manual tasks, and improve the quality of candidate-opportunity matches.

• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams on strategies for expansion.

• Develop business cases for new offerings and connections between candidates and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B and B2C environments, preferably with a background in recruiting, HR tech, or marketplace-style products.

• A genuine enthusiasm for and proven track record in building B2B SaaS applications.

• Proficient in conducting customer discovery calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Demonstrated experience in designing analytics, dashboards, or workflow tools that have significantly improved professional users' job performance.

• Experience with greenfield projects and tackling 0-to-1 challenges.

• Confident in participating in meetings with recruitment and Talent Acquisition leaders at large enterprises.

• Exceptional communication skills; capable of explaining complex concepts to varied stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

• Must be located in Bengaluru (formerly known as Bangalore), India.

• Schedule should align with U.S. business hours.
