Senior Product Manager – Publishing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of key product surfaces from opportunity identification to product launch.

• Create the primary publishing platform for creators, which includes email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.

• Empower creators to produce and distribute impactful, visually appealing, and brand-consistent content at scale.

• Establish product vision, strategy, goals, and metrics for success.

• Evaluate the impact across products that cater to hundreds of thousands of creators and over a billion subscribers.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.

• Synchronize product experiences with go-to-market strategies.

• Learn and utilize Linear, Mixpanel, Omni, and the design/prototyping toolkit.

• Engage with customers to inform product direction based on their insights.

• Deliver features and spearhead significant initiatives from initial conception to successful launch.

• Communicate progress towards product and team objectives throughout the organization.

• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

• Participate in cross-functional interviews and hiring processes as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6-9+ years of experience in product management.

• Significant responsibility for a core, revenue-generating product area.

• Demonstrated success in developing high-quality, scalable software.

• Ideally, experience with creation tools, editors, or content/publishing platforms.

• Extensive experience in online content creation.

• Proven ability to collaborate with design teams to shape long-term product vision, including hands-on craft and visual detail.

• Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills.

• Strong product judgment and prioritization abilities.

• Familiarity with systems thinking and building for scalability.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

• Strong proficiency with AI; comfortable using AI tools daily and assessing product applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High sense of ownership and autonomy in uncertain environments.

• Ability to balance immediate wins with long-term goals.

• Capability to establish foundations rather than merely features.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority.

• Intellectual curiosity and a strong inclination toward learning.

• Ability to articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes at various levels.

• Customer-centric approach balanced with business acumen.

• Keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail in craft.

• Bonus if you possess expertise in publishing or content creation.
