Senior Product Manager – Provider Rebate Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and advance the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for Provider Rebate Management.

• Establish product direction and pinpoint future solution requirements.

• Lead discovery initiatives with customers, managed services teams, and domain experts.

• Analyze pharma provider rebate administration processes, workarounds, edge cases, and challenges.

• Convert validated issues into epics, features, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate stakeholder prioritization based on value, effort, risk reduction, and strategic alignment.

• Develop business cases that encompass market sizing, competitive positioning, and revenue implications.

• Collaborate with Engineering and QA throughout sprint planning, estimation, and delivery phases.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.

• Oversee release readiness and coordinate product launches with Marketing, Solutions, Support, and Operations.

• Advocate for AI, LLM, and agentic automation opportunities in rebate processing and data stewardship.

• Represent the product in client-facing discussions.

• Mentor and coach business analysts in discovery, problem framing, and prioritization practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in product management.

• Proven track record of owning complex products, including experience at a product/software organization.

• Self-motivated with a history of defining strategy and managing a roadmap in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Strong preference for experience in US Pharmaceutical Market Access, including Provider Rebates, Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims Adjudication, or Chargebacks.

• In-depth understanding of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems, data, and operational workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to lead in Agile (Scrum) settings and collaborate effectively with Engineering and QA teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and contemporary product lifecycle management tools.

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York.

• Must be within a reasonable travel distance from the Philadelphia office.

• Valid US work authorization that does not require and/or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.
