📋 Description

• Develop expertise in understanding provider user requirements related to requesting and managing patient record requests.

• Acquire knowledge of the fundamental business practices involved in information exchange and the release of information in the healthcare sector.

• Evaluate existing provider products alongside Datavant’s ROI platform to identify essential integrations.

• Collaborate with the growth team and product marketing to formulate go-to-market strategies for new products.

• Design and promote product strategies and roadmaps aimed at enhancing market share.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap that facilitates providers in requesting patient medical records and handling incoming requests from payer requestors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of overseeing B2B products.

• Capability to convert intricate stakeholder, user, operational, and technical requirements into a coherent product roadmap and strategy.

• Proven experience in launching products while balancing time-to-market and the scope of initial offerings.

• Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and complex environments with multiple dependencies and significant business impact.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to understand user needs, diagnose platform challenges, prioritize tasks, and evaluate outcomes.

• Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and business leaders.

• Interest in the U.S. healthcare provider, payer, and services industry.
