Senior Product Manager – Pro Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete onboarding experience for Kraken Pro, from the initial client interaction to their first trade.

• Evaluate the onboarding process and implement ongoing improvements to the user experience.

• Gain insights into Pro customers, including their needs, communication preferences, and trading motivations.

• Examine onboarding data to pinpoint friction points, drop-off areas, and significant opportunities for enhancement.

• Create onboarding experiences that foster trust and confidence among clients.

• Expedite the journey for clients to complete their first trade.

• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams to implement improvements.

• Leverage AI to uncover friction, forecast drop-off rates, and tailor onboarding journeys and messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in product management.

• Proven experience in onboarding, activation, or growth-focused user experience initiatives.

• Strong intuition for user experience and product design.

• Proficient in data analysis, including establishing success metrics and analyzing user funnels.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A customer-centric approach.

• Comfortable using AI tools in daily operations.

• An enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and trading.

• At least 2 years of experience in Onboarding, Activation, and KYC/KYB processes.
