• Take full ownership of the platform toolkit from start to finish: dashboards, reports, layouts, components, service desk experiences, and the workflow designer that drives interconnected workflows across various products.
• Refine the concept of connected workflows — understanding how workflows traverse multiple products, systems, and personas, and how they can be assembled into reusable, packaged solutions.
• Spearhead the extensibility model: APIs, integrations, and the ways in which partners and customers can adapt the platform to suit their specific environments.
• Integrate AI as a proactive layer within the platform — developing agentic workflows that configure, orchestrate, and reason across the environment rather than merely assisting users at the periphery.
• Effectively cater to three distinct personas: End users engaging with self-service experiences and services; Admins and configurators creating workflows, dashboards, and services independently; Developers and builders extending the platform through APIs, integrations, and custom logic.
• Empower the platform to deliver a consistent, opinionated experience across all Matrix42 product lines.
• Collaborate with product experience, engineering, and related product teams that utilize the platform.
• Establish success metrics for adoption, configurability, time-to-value, and platform retention across all persona layers.
• Interact directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to influence the roadmap.
• Proven product management experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably within a platform or horizontal capability team.
• Demonstrated success in designing for multiple personas — end users, admins, and developers — each with unique needs.
• In-depth knowledge of configurable platforms, low-code/no-code methodologies, workflow designers, and component-based product design.
• Experience with platform extensibility, including APIs, integrations, and third-party ecosystems.
• Practical familiarity with agentic AI or AI-driven workflow orchestration.
• UX-focused mindset with a history of close collaboration with design teams.
• Strong communication skills to engage with C-level executives, sales teams, and engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to balance the requirements of various internal product teams and external customers effectively.
• 30 vacation days
• Flexible self-managed working hours
• Hybrid setup that accommodates remote work
