This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take ownership of reporting, analytics, and the cross-product experience layer of HUB across point-of-sale, the HUB Dashboard, and the Mobile HUB app.
β’ Balance the requirements of SMB operators, franchise owners, and corporate multi-brand stakeholders.
β’ Serve as an empowered product leader responsible for outcomes.
β’ Conduct ongoing discovery with operators, franchise owners, and corporate brand teams.
β’ Collaborate with Design and Engineering leads regarding roadmap ownership and trade-offs.
β’ Streamline, consolidate, or phase out legacy functionality.
β’ Comprehend the pricing and packaging implications of platform capabilities.
β’ Work alongside Sales and Commercial teams to effectively position and package new capabilities.
β’ Utilize AI tools for research synthesis, specification drafting, data analysis, and prototyping.
β’ Identify and advocate for AI-powered capabilities within HUB.
β’ Define the strategy, quality, structure, and governance of the data foundation.
β’ Manage reporting and business insights across all platform channels.
β’ Oversee the HUB Dashboard and Mobile HUB end-to-end, including demonstration, training, and troubleshooting.
β’ Ensure HUB operates as a unified product across all modules.
β’ Design experiences for SMB operators, franchise owners, and corporate brand stakeholders.
β’ Prioritize a roadmap that scales from single-location simplicity to multi-brand, multi-unit complexity.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of metrics used in financial and franchise-related calculations.
β’ Maintain consistent reporting logic and enhance live reporting based on usage data.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering leadership on architectural decisions and technical direction.
β’ Coordinate with other product teams and departments.
β’ Represent the role in cross-team planning and lead product marketing and go-to-market initiatives.
β’ Communicate the roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to leadership in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS sector, ideally within restaurant technology or POS domains.
β’ Experience working within an empowered product team model, owning outcomes and engaging in continuous discovery as an equal partner with Design and Engineering.
β’ Proven experience in evolving a legacy or fragmented platform, including simplifying or retiring functionality and launching 0-to-1 capabilities.
β’ Proficient in using AI tools in daily product tasks, such as research, specification generation, data analysis, and prototyping.
β’ Capability to identify appropriate applications for AI within the product itself.
β’ Experience in defining a data foundation strategy that supports reporting accuracy and downstream AI development.
β’ Working knowledge of pricing, packaging, and the connections between product investment decisions and commercial outcomes.
β’ Ability to design for various distinct user types within a single cohesive product experience.
β’ Comfortable collaborating directly with engineering on data architecture and system dependencies.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
β’ Proven history of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
β’ Preferred: experience in restaurant technology, POS, or another vertical SaaS platform.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with franchise business models and the needs of multi-brand or multi-unit operators.
β’ Preferred: experience in designing for multiple personas.
β’ Preferred: experience in launching an AI-powered feature or capability in a live, customer-facing product.
