Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision and direction for a unified hardware and software product portfolio.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to launch cloud-enabled, IoT hardware and software products into the market.

• Formulate and implement the product vision and roadmap aimed at long-term business expansion.

• Oversee the definition of product requirements and development strategy in partnership with engineering leaders and user experience architects.

• Gain insights into relevant markets, customer needs, and competitive products.

• Pinpoint lucrative market opportunities.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key hardware and software vendors.

• Oversee the financial management of the product portfolio, including revenue, gross profit, EBIT, and pricing strategy.

• Define and implement the go-to-market strategy and vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with integrated hardware-software-cloud products.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Development.

• A background in go-to-market functions is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in driving strategy and achieving long-term growth and financial success for a product portfolio.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in leading teams and successfully driving projects to timely product launches.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, and partnership-building abilities.

• Experience in developing business cases and managing P&L responsibilities.

• Proven ability to leverage client insights to foster product innovation.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is highly desirable; an MBA is preferable.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
