Senior Product Manager – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the in-product reporting experience, administrator dashboards, health score frameworks, anomaly and risk detection interfaces, and data export functionalities.

• Evaluate the approaches of 1Password, Keeper, Okta, and similar IAM/PAM vendors regarding access reporting, risk signals, and security posture assessment.

• Analyze the correlation between the adoption of reporting features and metrics such as expansion ARR, retention rates, and the speed of enterprise deals.

• Establish and track engagement metrics, the frequency of report generation, and the usage of export/integration features by different cohorts and segments.

• Assist Sales in aligning Access Intelligence capabilities with the challenges faced by security buyers, including responses to RFPs and demos during various deal stages.

• Communicate performance metrics, roadmap insights, and successful intelligence feature developments with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance specification writing, competitive assessments, data modeling, and quick prototyping.

• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, GTM, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to create actionable intelligence features that support enterprise deals and compliance needs.

• Utilize customer feedback, usage analytics, and competitive benchmarks to guide decisions regarding the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management.

• Background in B2B SaaS product development.

• Knowledge of data and analytics product trends, including dashboards, alerts, and exports.

• Capability to translate complex security concepts into user-friendly admin experiences.

• Proficiency in engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams about data pipelines, event schemas, and query performance.

• Highly organized with the ability to make well-informed prioritization and trade-off decisions in collaboration with engineering.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from others.

• Passion for open source initiatives and a commitment to enhancing internet security.

• Must reside in the U.S.
