Senior Product Manager, Pipelines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement the product roadmap for Horizon and Renasight.

• Provide product requirements driven by customer needs and operational constraints.

• Oversee product performance and support requirements across various departments including Product Management, Molecular Biology R&D, Statistics R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development.

• Develop quantitative indicators for product performance, analyze and monitor performance data, and propose strategies for improvement.

• Recognize business opportunities and formulate business cases along with financial models.

• Conduct voice-of-customer interviews, perform market research, and analyze competitive landscapes.

• Assist product marketing efforts with product positioning, market launch strategies, pricing, and content creation.

• Generate written, data-driven arguments and presentations to secure stakeholder support.

• Update internal and external stakeholders on progress, vision, and the product roadmap.

• Lead the development and commercialization of future product iterations and manage the product lifecycle from inception to retirement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree is required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4-5 years in product management, product/solution marketing, product commercialization, or strategic consulting.

• Experience with prenatal products/education, medical devices, or diagnostics is preferred.

• Expertise and background in the Life Sciences industry are preferred.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team.

• Capability to understand technology and effectively communicate customer value propositions.

• Fundamental financial/economic modeling skills.

• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate, interact effectively, and influence individuals across various functional areas and team settings.

• Established organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Proven experience in influencing larger groups and guiding a team through successful projects.

• Scientific or technical project leads from research and development roles will be considered.
