This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the People systems pillar.
• Collaborate with HR and People Operations stakeholders to grasp employee lifecycle workflows and operational requirements.
• Present the product roadmap on a quarterly basis to senior leadership and provide updates on the status of people analytics.
• Oversee the progression of Workday, Docebo, Greenhouse, and associated People analytics tools.
• Ensure dependable integrations between People systems and Finance, Identity systems, and analytics platforms.
• Convert workforce processes and operational necessities into system requirements and prioritization choices.
• Balance new capabilities with system reliability, data integrity, and compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to design scalable workforce systems and automation solutions.
• Assist with People data, reporting, and workforce insights initiatives.
• Set up and track system health and adoption metrics.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and system modifications to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support governance and lifecycle planning for changes and enhancements to the People platform.
• Report to the Director of Corporate Systems and work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders throughout the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Over 7 years of experience supporting enterprise systems as a Product Manager, Systems Analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Familiarity with HRIS or People systems environments.
• Capability to make prioritization decisions in contexts where operational risk and workforce impact are constantly factors.
• Establish credible partnerships with HR and Engineering by understanding workflows on both ends.
• Knowledge of Workday, Docebo, Greenhouse, or similar workforce platforms.
• Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and People operations workflows.
• Experience with system integrations and workforce data flows.
• Ability to convert business processes into scalable system capabilities.
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to balance operational needs with technical constraints.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in enabling People analytics or reporting capabilities is highly advantageous.
