This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Define, enhance, and deliver enterprise products that connect Redzone with third-party ERP, MES, and OT/IoT systems.
• Take ownership of the vision and execution for integrations with systems like SAP, Oracle, Ignition, GE Proficy, Workday, and Kronos.
• Drive daily product strategy, execution, prioritization, and customer engagement.
• Understand customer integration requirements and deliver connected workforce solutions.
• Convert business objectives, system specifications, and end-user needs into an integration product strategy.
• Establish goals, metrics, and analytics to assess the value of integrations.
• Enhance integration capabilities based on customer insights and technical feedback.
• Identify dependencies, challenges, issues, and value regarding integration features and API enhancements.
• Collaborate with executives, customers, Coaching, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate the prioritization and definition of integration capabilities, connectors, and enhancements.
• Assist with user stories, technical specifications, data mapping, and integration requirements.
• Provide feedback during sprint retrospectives and architecture reviews.
• Support technical integration discussions during peak sales periods.
• Serve as the Integration subject matter expert in product development and customer interactions.
• Own the integration roadmap and partner connector suite.
• Align sprint backlog priorities, technical debt, and product execution with Engineering and Product Owners.
• Define capabilities for third-party data exchange, ERP/MES/WMS connectivity, OT/IoT ingestion, and API workflows.
• Engage with customers, IT leadership, and coaches to turn connectivity challenges into scalable solutions.
• Support testing, validation, rollout, and early-adopter feedback for integration features.
• Ensure alignment between product direction, customer data outcomes, and the impact on manufacturing operations.
• BA or BS Degree.
• Experience with software integrations and API-driven data workflows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and shop floor workflows.
• Experience delivering enterprise software integrations, APIs, or middleware solutions.
• Experience in large enterprise multi-tenant customer environments.
• Exceptional active listening and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including delivering technical presentations.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mentality.
• Capability to create and adhere to standard work processes.
• Ability to identify goals, metrics, and analytics to evaluate product value.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and daily prioritization.
• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Coaching, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
• Desired: Experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive or other industrial sectors.
• Desired: Experience with SaaS solutions for deskless workers.
• Desired: Product ownership or product management experience with iOS.
• Desired: Experience integrating with enterprise ERP, MES, WMS, or OT/IoT systems.
• Desired: Experience collaborating with frontline manufacturing teams, IT leadership, engineering teams, and plant leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
