📋 Description

• Take ownership of analytics features and initiatives from their discovery and prioritization to delivery, launch, and subsequent iterations.

• Clarify user challenges and business objectives through customer research, feedback, product data, and insights from customer-facing teams.

• Assess opportunities based on customer value, business impact, effort, and dependencies.

• Convert needs into precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to design and implement solutions.

• Explore ways in which analytics and AI can streamline workflows, reveal insights, and facilitate decision-making.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog while communicating progress, decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs.

• Monitor adoption, usability, and the impact on customers or the business; leverage findings to inform enhancements.

• Take into account data quality, privacy, transparency, and user trust when working on AI-enabled products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, technology, analytics, data products, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in contributing to digital product delivery, from requirement definition through launch and iteration phases.

• Familiarity with analytics, data products, or AI-enabled solutions, and how they can meet user needs.

• Ability to transform complex data or technical concepts into clear product requirements and customer value.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage priorities and dependencies within an agile environment.

• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is an advantage.
