Product Manager II, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of analytics features and initiatives from the discovery phase through prioritization, delivery, launch, and subsequent iterations.

• Define user challenges and business objectives by leveraging customer research, feedback, product data, and insights from customer-facing teams.

• Assess opportunities based on customer value, business impact, effort, and related dependencies.

• Convert requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to create and implement solutions.

• Explore methods by which analytics and AI can streamline workflows, highlight insights, and facilitate decision-making.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog while communicating progress, decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

• Monitor adoption, usability, and impacts on customers or the business; utilize findings to inform enhancements.

• Take into account data quality, privacy, transparency, and user trust while engaging with AI-driven products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, technology, analytics, data products, or a related domain.

• Proven track record in contributing to the delivery of digital products, from requirement definition to launch and iteration.

• Knowledge of analytics, data products, or AI-enabled solutions and their potential to meet user needs.

• Capability to translate intricate data or technical concepts into straightforward product requirements and customer value.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in managing priorities and dependencies within an agile framework.

• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software is a plus.
