Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with developers, project managers, and clients to define and convert functional business requirements into software solutions.

• Oversee multiple clients concurrently to design and provide software solutions.

• Gather and articulate requirements with key stakeholders from client organizations.

• Create solutions, liaise with development teams, test units and integrations, train users, and assist in the transition to professional services.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Sage Intacct's core and advanced modules along with current product enhancements.

• Define and facilitate the rollout of specialized solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct.

• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and relate system functionalities to business needs.

• Document client business requirements into software solutions and business management processes.

• Address customer technical support queries related to newly developed solutions.

• Coordinate project execution with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Provide prompt, clear, and friendly communications along with high-quality service.

• Contribute to the knowledge repository of deployment best practices and enhance service delivery tools for increased repeatability.

• Act as an escalation point for project-related issues.

• Build and nurture relationships both internally and with clients.

• Support the growth of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or computer science.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions, or experience as a business analyst with core accounting and finance software.

• Experience as a consultant or business analyst communicating with customers or end-users and technical development staff regarding system issues, modifications, and new software deployment is preferred.

• Ability to apply advanced business analytics skills to solve complex problems and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.

• Experience assessing client needs across a wide range of business processes.

• Programming or coding experience is a desirable asset.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) is a plus.

• Previous experience supporting or using Sage Intacct is a distinguishing factor.

• Proven skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.

• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical abilities, along with initiative and adaptability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
