Product Manager – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of accounting integrations and relationships with partners.

• Convert export, reconciliation, and month-end closing workflows into product requirements and integration functionalities.

• Collaborate with engineers on data mapping and implementation specifics across accounting systems, data models, and APIs.

• Enhance integration setup and configuration to minimize customer onboarding challenges.

• Utilize accounting expertise to enhance data quality and lessen manual efforts.

• Provide support to external partners and ERP vendors utilizing Pleo APIs.

• Monitor and enhance export success rates, adoption/activation metrics, and integration-related support volumes.

• Develop an understanding of customer export and reconciliation requirements and take charge of a specific integration portfolio.

• Lead impactful setup improvements in collaboration with internal teams.

• Facilitate the launch of new or enhanced integrations by empowering internal teams and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and finance processes, including expense coding, reconciliation, and month-end closing.

• Strong comprehension of the daily tasks of accountants, bookkeepers, and finance leaders.

• Proven experience collaborating with product teams from requirements gathering to delivery.

• Experience in managing external partners or senior stakeholders and delivering results through influence.

• Hands-on experience with technology in a finance context, such as configuring accounting/ERP tools, integrations/data imports, or closely collaborating with technical teams.

• Familiarity with European accounting and ERP systems and/or an accounting qualification (preferred).

• Experience in partner negotiation and/or proficiency in additional European languages (preferred).

• Understanding of APIs, data mapping, or implementation projects (preferred).

• Valid right to work in the chosen country.

• Application in English; English is the primary language used in the company.
