This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of product decisions for the compensation range-setting stack, which includes the range tool, recommendation engine, and monitoring dashboard.
• Collaborate with the Compensation team on methodology while ensuring that this methodology is translated into product logic.
• Establish data pipelines and data products utilizing historical ranges, offers, incumbent, and attrition data.
• Manage the partnership with People Analytics regarding the semantic layer and the proposed compensation data mart.
• Oversee the entire range-setting product and analytics roadmap from start to finish.
• Execute market launches, focusing on adoption, enablement, and change management.
• Enhance the productivity of Compensation Partners throughout the range review process.
• Handle intake, prioritization, and the definition of requirements for the compensation stack.
• Manage integrations with recruiter offer guidance, budget modeling, headcount planning, and Workday range loads.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, successfully shipping products from inception to completion, including at least one data- or workflow-intensive internal or B2B product.
• Proven experience in transforming a manual, judgment-heavy operational process into a product, incorporating rules, guardrails, recommendations, and measurable throughput improvements.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a comfort level with data, including problem sizing, defining evaluation metrics for recommendation engines, understanding precision-and-recall trade-offs, and identifying anomalies versus statistically significant signals.
• Experience in delivering an AI- or model-assisted feature where the quality of the output is fundamental to the product, including rule or prompt design, evaluation sets, and assessment against human decisions.
• Exceptional partnership and communication abilities.
• Background in working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS solutions, including HRIS, ATS, survey and benchmarking tools, and BI systems.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating data across various systems and managing dependencies with platform and analytics teams.
