Senior Product Manager, Payroll Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and oversee features from conception to delivery throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Navigate product interdependencies, risks, and milestones across various teams.

• Prioritize significant features that align with customer needs, business objectives, and security standards.

• Make informed tradeoff decisions based on data analysis.

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing.

• Promote collaboration and alignment regarding goals, timelines, and execution.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy.

• Assess product outcomes against KPIs, utilizing customer and usage data to refine the roadmap.

• Ensure alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners on product goals and requirements.

• Cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

• Define and monitor product success metrics.

• Drive ongoing product enhancements using data insights.

• Provide strategic leadership in product planning and decision-making processes.

• Align product initiatives with the broader objectives of the company.

• Mentor less experienced product managers and cross-functional team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 8 years of experience in a Product Manager role with a proven record of successful outcomes.

• Exceptional execution of product roadmaps and the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical delivery.

• Proficient in prioritizing effectively and making tradeoff decisions in dynamic environments.

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

• In-depth customer and market insight.

• Ability to excel in uncertain situations and take charge of product direction and execution.

• Expertise in utilizing data and metrics for product decision-making, success tracking, and performance enhancement.

• Strong understanding of security standards and the ability to balance them with customer needs and market trends.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior product managers or other team members.

• Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred.

• Deep domain expertise in payroll, benefits, time & labor, or human capital management is preferred.

• Must be located anywhere in the Czech Republic.

• Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day.

• Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software applications simultaneously.
