This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly support activities throughout the German payroll life cycle.

• Assist all payroll functions and collaborate with the payroll team.

• Enhance colleagues' skills and knowledge through training and coaching initiatives.

• Take on champion responsibilities for innovative practices.

• Provide comprehensive support for German payroll and the payroll team in accordance with established standards and client specifications.

• Conduct, assist, and manage Root Cause Analysis when issues lead to client escalations.

• Ensure that mitigating actions are effectively implemented.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and assist with the Change Request process.

• Estimate and implement modifications to the contractually defined service scope.

• Comprehend standard payroll reports as well as client-specific reports, including statutory year-end reporting.

• Stay updated on legislative requirements, system enhancements, changes, and payroll procedures.

• Oversee the payroll legislation roadmap.

• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests from both the team and clients.

• Assist the Operations Manager with client engagement efforts.

• Appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information.

• Resolve and provide support for technical and functional issues escalated by team members and clients.

• Maintain the client solution workbook and deliver functional support.

• Offer guidance and support for project implementations and go-lives.

• Engage in assigned projects and activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.

• Proficient in English.

• German language skills are advantageous.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment as well as work independently while following established processes and procedures.

• Capability to identify and mitigate risks.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

• Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without requiring visa sponsorship from Strada.

• Successful completion of relevant background checks.
