This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage the complete German payroll process independently, adhering to established standards and client specifications.
• Oversee and handle ticket queues utilizing relevant tools and timelines.
• Spot deviations from the standard service scope and assist with change request opportunities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
• Generate and interpret both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting.
• Review, validate data, and initiate necessary corrections.
• Respond to inquiries and requests related to German payroll.
• Share knowledge with colleagues through knowledge transfers.
• Assist in managing system maintenance testing.
• Coordinate and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Stay updated on legislation, system changes, and payroll procedures.
• Engage in assigned projects and activities.
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate environment.
• Proficient in both English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of third-party interfaces, timekeeping systems, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other key payroll integration areas.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Adaptability to support a global, fast-paced work environment.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
• Must have current and future work authorization in Poland without requiring visa sponsorship from Strada.
• Successful completion of relevant background checks.
