This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive strategy and implementation for payer vertical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development and payer stakeholders to identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into product requirements and priorities.
• Work alongside product squads to inform associated roadmaps and ensure payer-facing products align with Octave’s overall platform strategy.
• Establish and maintain a prioritized roadmap that balances immediate delivery with long-term scalability and efficiency.
• Spearhead discovery and validation efforts rooted in data, user insights, and business impact.
• Create and convey business cases for product investments, detailing expected ROI and alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution involving Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success.
• Evaluate product performance and client feedback; conduct experiments and iterate based on data insights.
• Advocate for the payer partner’s perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
• Promote communication and collaboration among teams to achieve goals.
• Expertise in rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis.
• Operational mindset.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and data-informed decision-making approach, with confidence in presenting ROI and financial impacts.
• Strong enthusiasm for Octave’s mission to enhance access to quality mental health care.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B or enterprise SaaS context.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business or financial results.
• Strong client-facing experience, capable of translating business needs and feedback into product strategies.
• Demonstrated capacity to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Experience working collaboratively across distributed teams and in dynamic environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship at present or in the future.
• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must frequently communicate with others using virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Capable of observing and conveying information on a company-provided laptop.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
