Senior Product Manager – Payment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Define and implement Kody's product strategy within the payments sector.

• Oversee various product initiatives associated with payments, finance, and loyalty programs.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to enhance customer value.

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept development to market launch.

• Ensure consistency with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Take ownership of product specifics and maintain clear prioritization.

• Effectively engage stakeholders while focusing on activities that generate the greatest commercial impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a solid background in payments, FinTech, or related financial services.

• Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from start to finish, with ownership of product details and priorities.

• Technical expertise, preferably with experience in coding or close collaboration with engineering teams.

• Experience in managing supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional customer collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with enterprise clients to identify their needs and convert them into product enhancements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to align product strategies with commercial goals.

• A data-driven approach, utilizing analytics to inform product decisions and continuously enhance performance.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, complex environment, making swift, confident decisions independently.
