This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement the product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement.

• Develop and share a prioritized roadmap that supports Notifications and aligns with the company's strategic goals.

• Work closely with design, data, developers, and product managers to identify challenges, gather ideas, and manage a prioritized list of requirements.

• Engage in quarterly planning sessions to outline initiatives, address dependencies, and execute data-driven prioritization.

• Evaluate outcomes of features and experiments, sharing insights with the team and the company.

• Examine data to extract insights and create more tailored product features.

• Collaborate with internal business, operations, and partnerships teams to launch and sustain features that drive Reddit’s growth.

• Conduct market and usability research to discover opportunities and formulate strategies.

• Develop a real-time notifications platform that encompasses in-app, push, email, and possibly new communication channels.

• Tackle challenges related to reach, addressability, off-platform conversion, inventory development, and the optimization of post-click experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record in scaling consumer products and enhancing growth through improved user experiences.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Proficient in constructing SQL queries from the ground up.

• Capacity to resolve complex issues through data analysis and informed decision-making.

• Experience in crafting long-term strategies and product roadmaps.

• Familiarity with setting OKRs.

• Skilled in defining, executing, and assessing experiments.

• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, product management, data science, and other cross-functional teams.

• Ability to establish team goals and success metrics while monitoring progress against business objectives.

• Independent problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.

• Adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in aligning diverse stakeholders towards a unified objective.

• Preferred: experience in Consumer Growth and large-scale experimentation.

• Preferred: background in high-traffic consumer experiences and/or ML-adjacent products.

• Preferred: expertise in UX/Mobile, Engineering, and/or Data Science.
