This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement all facets of the LMS100 new unit production program.
• Create the program plan and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the toll gate process, control costs and allocations, define and refine the business case, and ensure engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing readiness.
• Work in collaboration with the LMS100 Product Line Leader to fulfill the platform's vision and strategy.
• Maintain accountability for the MGPP associated with the LMS100 platform.
• Take ownership of and keep an updated Approval to Quote for the LMS100 portfolio.
• Implement strategic corrective actions across NPI, new unit production, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
• Direct portfolio decisions regarding standardization, customization, technology, and product configuration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to uphold product standards, configuration rules, technical documentation, and reference designs.
• Analyze customer specifications to identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
• Integrate lessons learned from projects and commissioning into future product enhancements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to enhance sourcing strategies, standardization, lead times, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Own the Aeroderivative Cost of Poor Quality target related to assigned systemic product quality issues.
• Propel process improvements across NPI Value Streams.
• Manage NPI toll gate processes aimed at business and fleet enhancements in packaging and new unit production.
• Track installation and commissioning schedules and work cross-functionally to optimize processes.
• Partner with sales, technical sales, and business development teams to devise technical and commercial offerings.
• Execute long-term corrective action plans addressing product quality concerns.
• Handle customer communications regarding product fleet issues.
• Report on workstreams, achievements, and any items requiring assistance or guidance during product updates and reviews with senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related business field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Gas Turbine Technology or a comparable industry.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership position within product line, engineering, services, or program/project management.
• Previous experience with services operational and execution teams is preferred.
• Proven team-building and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity for creative problem-solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
• Experience in a global work environment.
• Knowledge of product line technology and processes is advantageous.
• Capability to act as a proactive change agent within a complex, diverse, and dynamic cross-functional global team.
• Exceptional technical, business, and financial analysis skills.
• Extensive understanding of the power generation marketplace.
• Demonstrated leadership, influence, and strategic abilities.
