📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of digital insurance offerings, particularly in motor and fleet insurance, as well as innovative mobility solutions.

• Oversee the development and launch of new products.

• Continuously assess and enhance the customer experience.

• Align product features, necessary processes, and development initiatives across the organization.

• Develop and refine coverage concepts, product documentation, and system specifications.

• Formulate and implement standardized underwriting guidelines in collaboration with the IT department.

• Facilitate collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, especially risk carriers, actuarial teams, sales partners, and technology collaborators.

• Convert business needs into precise, actionable specifications for IT and other partners involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree, preferably in business administration with a specialization in insurance.

• Multiple years of professional experience within the insurance sector, ideally in motor insurance product management or underwriting, along with project involvement.

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities.
