Senior Product Manager – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of one of our key products

• Design the future of software for architecture and planning firms

• Transform existing workflows into AI-driven product experiences

• Create products accessible to both users and AI agents via open interfaces

• Lead problem identification, exploration, business case development, roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and measurable results

• Collaborate directly with architects, planners, and other stakeholders

• Validate issues and solutions early on, and build your own prototypes using AI tools

• Share accountability with Revenue for the business case and monetization strategy

• Track revenue, churn rates, pricing strategies, and service costs

• Define and assess relevant product outcomes

• Continuously adapt the roadmap and priorities based on customer feedback, data, and insights

• Contribute to shaping the company-wide Product Community, sharing customer insights, product learnings, and AI experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management for B2B software or SaaS products, demonstrating true end-to-end product responsibility

• Proven track record of successfully launching AI-powered product features or products for actual customers

• Experience in close collaboration with engineering teams

• Proficient in independently managing discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and delivery processes

• Strong understanding of business cases, monetization strategies, and product KPIs

• Ability to link product decisions to business outcomes

• Strong focus on discovery and customer needs

• Eagerness to prototype with cutting-edge AI tools and quickly validate new solutions

• Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level)

• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)

• Experience with AEC, architecture, construction, or planning software, as well as agentic products, APIs, or complex B2B workflows is advantageous but not mandatory
