Senior Product Manager – Healthcare AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the product strategy for the Next Best Action initiative.

• Establish signals, use cases, and workflows for the recommendation and decision-making engine.

• Convert business and customer objectives into a strategic roadmap for the model and product experience.

• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering to frame problems, set success criteria, and evaluate trade-offs.

• Take ownership of experimentation and measurement strategies, including A/B testing and feedback mechanisms.

• Work alongside Data Engineering to ensure data quality, accessibility, and integration foundations are robust.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices, emphasizing fairness, explainability, and compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy.

• Coordinate alignment among stakeholders within a large, matrixed organization.

• Influence cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Commercial, and Operations.

• Manage and convey roadmap priorities to the leadership team.

• Utilize design thinking to address complex challenges, iterate on solutions, and promote MVP delivery and customer co-innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Typically requires over 7 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Healthcare Product Management or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile).

• Proficiency in data, AI, and machine learning concepts.

• Familiarity with defining and implementing experimentation (A/B testing) and quantitative measurement.

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams that include Engineering, Data Science, UX, Operations, and Commercial partners.

• Technical expertise with direct experience in data and analytics, data science, or AI/ML.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with Biopharma and/or Payer knowledge.

• Ability to engage credibly with Data Science and ML Engineering regarding problem framing, model trade-offs, and evaluation metrics in a healthcare context.
