This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Oversee the Next Best Action initiative from inception to completion.
• Propel product strategy for Next Best Action leveraging data, exploration, and research.
• Establish signals, use cases, and workflows for the recommendation and decision-making engine.
• Convert business and customer objectives into a detailed roadmap for both the model and product experience.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering on defining problems, success metrics, model trade-offs, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage experimentation and measurement strategies, incorporating A/B testing and feedback mechanisms.
• Work alongside Data Engineering to ensure data quality, accessibility, and foundational integration.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices to guarantee that recommendations are fair, transparent, and comply with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
• Align stakeholders within a large, matrixed organization and clarify trade-offs effectively.
• Influence cross-functional partners across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Own and clearly communicate roadmap priorities to leadership.
• Employ design thinking to address complex challenges, iterate on solutions, drive MVP delivery, and facilitate customer co-innovation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Generally requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Healthcare Product Management or familiarity with technical product development methods, such as Agile.
• Proficient in data, AI, and machine learning concepts.
• Skilled in defining and utilizing experimentation methods, including A/B testing, and quantitative analysis.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams encompassing Engineering, Data Science, UX, Operations, and Commercial partners.
• Technical proficiency with direct experience in data and analytics, data science, or AI/ML.
• Experience in healthcare, ideally with knowledge of Biopharma and/or Payer sectors.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation within regulated healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, patient support initiatives, enrollment processes, or products aimed at healthcare professionals.
• Strong grasp of product-market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Financial insight, including linking product decisions to P&L outcomes and business objectives.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Capacity to prioritize effectively among competing initiatives and drive alignment toward execution.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
