This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the daily execution and ongoing enhancement of onboarding and retention processes.
• Foster engagement, retention, and health outcomes for members within both clinical and behavioral programs.
• Propel growth and onboarding initiatives through the landing page, eligibility criteria, and the core member funnel.
• Develop, execute, analyze, and refine data-driven experiments and A/B testing.
• Manage the member growth product backlog and assist in the development of the roadmap.
• Prioritize, define scope, deliver, and assess enhancements to landing pages, onboarding processes, and initial clinical visits.
• Oversee bug triage and ensure product quality for the member experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to maintain workflow, eliminate delivery obstacles, and handle technical compromises.
• Convert client requests and stakeholder feedback into well-defined product tasks.
• Manage metrics related to engagement, retention, churn, activation rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Create, maintain, and report on dashboards using Looker and PostHog.
• Analyze user behaviors to pinpoint friction points, drop-off trends, and areas for improvement.
• Present data-driven recommendations at product and leadership discussions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Teams on care delivery, medication management, and coaching workflows.
• Work in conjunction with product managers to transition from enrollment to the core experience.
• Partner with marketing on re-engagement and lifecycle messaging strategies.
• Contribute to the Vida 2.0 vision by focusing on product performance, member feedback, and competitive assessments.
• Assist in establishing user research frameworks, including participant recruitment, moderated testing, and synthesis of findings.
• Support concept validation and prototype testing activities.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in delivering consumer or patient-facing digital products.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing engagement, retention, or activation metrics within mobile or web products.
• Strong analytical skills; adept with SQL, product analytics tools (such as Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
• Excellent ability to communicate across functions with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong writing skills for creating clear and actionable product documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Vida is unable to sponsor work visas.
• Must reside in or be able to work from the U.S.; international employment is not permitted.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or digital health.
• Preferred: Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-driven product features.
• Preferred: Knowledge of behavioral design frameworks (such as BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, and nudge theory).
• Preferred: Experience with React Native or mobile application development workflows.
• Preferred: Background in B2B2C products balancing the experience of end-users with the needs of enterprise clients.
