
Senior Product Manager – FinCrime

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs across 50 countries
• Define the FinCrime product strategy for both Zepz remittance brands, including PEP, sanctions, AI-vendor, and crypto roadmaps
• Oversee vendor partnerships and integrations for customer verification and workflow management
• Plan, scope, and execute global feature rollouts
• Create product strategy that aligns with the company's vision
• Provide business and user value
• Facilitate business growth and scalability
• Take ownership of product-area metrics, establishing success criteria and the pathway to achieve them
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, particularly compliance, to identify problems, uncover opportunities, and explore solutions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate challenging messages when necessary
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions
• Lead initiatives from conception to delivery with an MVP approach and a long-term vision
• Report directly to the Product Director - FinCrime
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in the digital FinCrime sector
• In-depth knowledge of the Finance/FinTech and FinCrime industries
• Experience with stable coins and AI is preferred
• Familiarity with customer risk rating and transaction monitoring, including implementation, ongoing calibration, best practices, and management
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency in working with models
• Experience in delivering complex digital projects across multiple departments
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire digital product life cycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at various organizational levels
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive product areas
• Proven track record of building robust relationships with development teams and collaborating with product design
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean software delivery methodologies and practices
• Experience in gathering functional and nonfunctional requirements, crafting user stories, and mapping processes
• Strong technical and business acumen from prior experience in financial services/compliance
• Deep understanding of current regulations and compliance best practices
• Experience in managing technology partner integrations, including workflows, APIs, error scenarios, and management from ideation to production
• Capability to meet tight regulatory deadlines
• Genuine interest in AI and its relevance to the role
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools
• Strong AI literacy, including effective prompting and critical assessment of AI-generated outputs
• Awareness of ethical and responsible AI use, especially concerning sensitive data, customer experience, and compliance
• Previous experience with Claude (Anthropic) is a plus but not mandatory
