Senior Product Manager – Financial Services AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish the roadmap for AI in Financial Services.

• Convert customer, market, and regulatory requirements into precise product specifications.

• Collaborate with the core AI team to address search, retrieval, relevance, and explainability needs within financial services.

• Formulate specific requirements tailored to segments such as asset management, wealth management, banking, and insurance.

• Propel the development of AI compliance features that support governed content, personalized interactions, and regulated client workflows.

• Oversee the execution process in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, AI, Compliance, Content Automation, Digital Outreach, Analytics, and client-facing teams.

• Specify engagement and content insight requirements for financial services alongside Analytics.

• Assess high-value use cases within financial services.

• Transform feedback from customers and subject matter experts into prioritized roadmap outcomes and product specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in defining product specifications for enterprise SaaS platforms that facilitate AI-driven workflows in regulated settings.

• Desired hands-on experience in AI development.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI and the financial services sector.

• Capability to convert financial services terminology, compliance requirements, and workflow context into implementable product specifications.

• Proficient in synthesizing insights from subject matter experts, customers, go-to-market teams, compliance, and product teams.

• Working knowledge of investment products, vehicles, approvals, disclosures, and eligibility criteria.

• Ability to navigate through regulated content, compliance, supervisory, archival, and audit workflows.

• Practical understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI development.

• Competence in driving financial services requirements, clarifying roadmap priorities, and coordinating execution with core AI and cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in customer discovery, prototype validation, prioritization, and trade-off communication.
