Senior Product Manager – Financial Services AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Outline the roadmap for AI in Financial Services and convert customer, market, and regulatory demands into product specifications.

• Collaborate with the core AI team to transform the needs for search, retrieval, relevance, and explainability within financial services into platform specifications.

• Create segment-specific requirements tailored for asset management, wealth management, banking, and insurance sectors.

• Drive the requirements for AI compliance features that support governed content, personalized interactions, and regulated client processes.

• Oversee the execution with teams from Product, Engineering, Design, AI, Compliance, Content Automation, Digital Outreach, Analytics, and customer-facing departments.

• Collaborate with Analytics to establish engagement and content insight requirements, enhance go-to-market effectiveness, and assess business results.

• Validate high-value use cases in financial services and transform feedback from customers and subject matter experts into prioritized roadmap decisions and product specifications.

• Proven experience in defining product specifications for enterprise SaaS platforms that support AI-driven workflows in regulated settings.

• Desirable hands-on experience in AI development.

• A strong interest in AI and the financial services sector.

• Capability to translate financial services terminology, compliance requirements, and workflow contexts into actionable product specifications.

• Proficiency in synthesizing input from subject matter experts, customers, go-to-market teams, compliance, and product teams.

• Familiarity with investment products, vehicles, approvals, disclosures, and eligibility criteria.

• Aptitude for reasoning through regulated content, compliance, supervision, archiving, and auditing workflows.

• Practical understanding of AI and hands-on experience with AI development concepts.

• Skill in translating financial services scenarios into platform specifications.

• Ability to drive requirements, clarify roadmap priorities, and coordinate execution with core AI and cross-functional teams.

• Strength in customer discovery, prototype validation, prioritization, and effective communication of trade-offs.
