Senior Product Manager – Enterprise SaaS, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the klaricore product roadmap, effectively balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and long-term platform development.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients as a Trusted Advisor, gaining insight into their challenges, guiding product discussions, and identifying opportunities that deliver value across the broader customer spectrum.

• Determine which customer and market needs should be prioritized and converted into standard product features.

• Work closely with Engineering, UX, and Architecture teams to establish priorities and transform product concepts into actionable solutions.

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to define product positioning, assist in go-to-market activities, and ensure clients recognize the value of new product features.

• Collaborate with Professional Services to pinpoint recurring customer needs and translate them into reusable product functionalities.

• Aid in strategic customer interactions, product demonstrations, and significant sales opportunities.

• Contribute to the future development of klaricore in areas like AI, integrations, APIs, and data-driven capabilities.

• Engage with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams to ensure clear priorities, successful implementation, and measurable customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Germany, Austria, or the United Kingdom.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and offices in Germany and the UK.

• A minimum of five years of experience in Product Management within enterprise SaaS or a similarly complex software environment.

• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients and converting business needs into scalable product functionalities.

• Strong background in product roadmap management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in credible discussions regarding APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud platforms, and enterprise software architecture.

• Experience in areas such as AI-enabled products, enterprise integrations, data platforms, Service Level Management, Observability, IT Operations, or IT Service Management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with tools like Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Splunk, Broadcom BSI, or Apptio Digital Fuel is a plus.

• Ability to balance customer, commercial, and technical priorities while making practical product decisions.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in collaborating with customers, Engineering, and various business stakeholders.
