This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the vision for the EPM product and take ownership of the cloud product roadmap.
• Lead the expanding portfolio of SaaS-first identity security solutions, concentrating on endpoint privilege management products.
• Own and clearly communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for key PAM solutions.
• Convert the strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
• Make trade-off decisions alongside agile development teams to deliver iterative and measurable value.
• Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and enhance product direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy alongside Product Marketing, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing.
• Equip internal technical teams with the necessary context and training for product launches and customer success.
• Balance the needs of current customers with opportunities to penetrate new market segments and use cases.
• Develop business cases for investment decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to launch scalable, secure cloud features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• End-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line.
• More than 5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security.
• Direct experience with endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
• Profound knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• In-depth understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management tools.
• Proven track record of guiding enterprise products from concept to general availability and generating significant revenue.
• Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are beneficial.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
