📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire Employer of Record lifecycle, encompassing quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, employment modifications, and offboarding.

• Establish and advocate for the product roadmap.

• Spearhead discovery efforts with customers, prospects, employees, and operations teams.

• Synthesize customer service escalations, operational challenges, sales objections, prospect interactions, and support tickets into a prioritized product strategy.

• Convert employment laws, compliance mandates, and country-specific procedures into scalable product workflows.

• Manage internal EOR platforms and AI-driven agents for onboarding, contract automation, compliance verification, operational workflows, and support tools.

• Propel execution across product, engineering, operations, go-to-market, and payroll teams across various time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with direct involvement in EOR, HR technology, or intricate B2B workflow products such as onboarding, compliance, or operational platforms.

• Proven ability to deliver and scale a product rooted in real operational complexities, ideally during a growth phase.

• Excellent discovery skills, capable of forming an independent perspective from both customers and data.

• Practical experience with AI as both a product interface and an operational tool.

• Proficient in navigating employment laws, compliance requirements, and country-specific procedures.

• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams across different time zones.

• Preferably, direct experience with an EOR, PEO, or global payroll provider.

• Experience in developing internal tools or automation for operational teams is a plus.
