Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products

📋 Description

• Propel advancements in a vital new product initiative, including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat or RV insurance, or non-insurance ownership products.

• Quickly adapt to a new domain.

• Analyze quantitative data and qualitative customer insights to pinpoint high-impact priorities.

• Develop and launch new products.

• Rapidly collect customer feedback, implement insights, and iterate on solutions.

• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap.

• Take ownership of execution from initial concept or early launch to achieving product-market fit and scaling.

• Navigate operational, customer, regulatory, and product complexities in emerging product sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-focused product management, or a similar role within a high-growth startup.

• Well-developed consumer product instincts from hands-on product development experience or close collaboration with consumer product teams.

• Proficient with data; capable of performing independent analyses and forming strong conclusions from ambiguous signals.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear hypotheses based on data.

• A curious mindset and a first-principles approach to tackling problems.

• Currently located in an eligible region: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada.
