This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take the initiative to independently engage in discovery and clarification processes with requestors, stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and other pertinent parties to accurately identify business needs and guide product direction.
• Implement design sprint methodologies alongside product lifecycle management practices to investigate, validate, and refine initiatives.
• Utilize prototyping and visualization tools to facilitate product discovery, concept validation, and the definition of requirements.
• Oversee and prioritize backlogs while leading requirements engineering across complex or multi-product initiatives.
• Spearhead product discussions and orchestrate significant cross-team developments involving a variety of stakeholders or delivery groups.
• Collaborate with Development, Technical Leads, UX, QA, and related teams to address ambiguity, dependencies, and obstacles to delivery.
• Work in conjunction with Technical Leads on technical design and UX designers on formal UI/UX mockups.
• Ensure the maintenance of clear and auditable product documentation, decision records, and updates to communication.
• Assist in rollout planning, training readiness, adoption tracking, and gathering post-release feedback.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for inquiries related to the product, bugs, escalations, and stakeholder issues.
• Prepare and share status updates that encompass progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and any escalation needs.
• Engage in leadership meetings when product representation, escalation, prioritization, or clarification is necessary.
• Facilitate the resolution of significant issues, cross-team conflicts, and topics that are unclear.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of product management practices and operational processes.
• Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, product management, or localization.
• Proven experience managing complex products, multiple products, or high-dependency product initiatives with a high degree of independence.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, software delivery, requirements engineering, backlog prioritization, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Robust knowledge of design sprints and practical experience with prototyping and visualization tools for discovery and validation.
• Demonstrated capability to function effectively amidst ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities using a structured, delivery-focused approach.
• Established track record in cross-team coordination, conflict resolution, and communication with senior stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Outline, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to articulate complex technical and product concepts to non-experts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Linguistics/Localization Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
