This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee cross-functional development initiatives alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
• Assist in establishing product vision, objectives, themes, features, roadmap, and long-term strategic direction.
• Actively participate in and help facilitate daily scrum ceremonies and refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to steer direction and maintain focus.
• Convert product directives into backlog items that reflect customer requirements.
• Independently define targeted capabilities, customer value, and both functional and non-functional requirements, irrespective of implementation.
• Work closely with Development teams to address implementation challenges.
• Review QA test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate relevant documentation for technical accuracy.
• Communicate the contents and expected capabilities of product releases to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate product initiatives across departments for enhanced global visibility.
• Convey product vision to technical teams and other organizational units.
• Ensure features are developed in accordance with delivered value and delivery costs.
• Provide weekly project status updates to Senior Management.
• Track impediments to release objectives and recommend corrective measures.
• Foster Agile maturity and deliver timely reports to Senior Management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant and related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or comparable years of pertinent work experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%, for key events such as team summits, training, customer meetings, and company events.
• Must adhere to company on-call policies, which may include working hours beyond the standard workday as necessary.
• Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven ability to elicit cooperation from a diverse array of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Capability to manage a heavy workload involving multiple projects and regular interruptions.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while being results-oriented.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology practices.
• Strong skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, and presentations.
• Experience in business analysis, documenting use cases, or requirements gathering.
