Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and effectively communicate the Epic/MyChart capability roadmap.

• Manage a prioritized backlog that aligns with technical configurations, consumer growth, and patient access objectives.

• Assess patient journey analytics and utilization data to pinpoint digital friction points.

• Enhance self-service and engagement touchpoints.

• Develop data-driven business cases and financial impact models for feature implementation, system upgrades, and platform investments.

• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features.

• Provide guidance to analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners.

• Work collaboratively with enterprise partners and leaders to embed MyChart capabilities within the broader consumer digital experience ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.

• At least 5 years of progressive product management experience overseeing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms in a complex healthcare setting.

• Epic MyChart Certification or documented proficiency is required.

• A thorough understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards is essential.
