Senior Product Manager, EHR – Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap and oversee daily product management for EHR and Data Engineering teams.

• Facilitate and engage in agile ceremonies.

• Spearhead new product development initiatives for EHR integrations and data ingestion functionalities.

• Cultivate relationships with EHR and various integration vendors.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Reveleer data and relevant industry standards.

• Convert analytical insights into scalable product and operational solutions.

• Establish requirements, workflows, and data specifications from ingestion to insight.

• Own the business logic and specifications.

• Examine large datasets to uncover patterns, diagnose problems, and validate outputs.

• Create data specification templates and standards for data ingestion.

• Address and resolve data quality issues.

• Support data quality KPIs, monitoring, and self-service tools.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams on documentation, frameworks, and repeatable processes.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive projects from problem identification through execution.

• Investigate and troubleshoot EHR integration and data ingestion challenges.

• Propose solutions where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in consulting, analytics, data product management, or EHR integrations.

• Strong, methodical problem-solving abilities with complex datasets and systems.

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.

• Capability to comprehend technical architectures and data pipelines.

• Outstanding communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Highly proactive and adaptable; capable of taking ownership of unclear problems and independently driving outcomes.

• Extensive experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR, or similar).

• Experience in EHR integration, preferably with Epic.

• Knowledge of healthcare data.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
