Senior Product Manager – Document Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and editing workflows for documents, policies, and procedures related to agentic operations, including conducting agentic gap assessments.

• Assist customers in enhancing their security programs by developing Agent workflows that highlight recommendations and facilitate necessary actions.

• Comprehend customer needs and market dynamics, translating them into clear Agent experiences that effectively address compliance challenges.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create consistent interaction patterns for chat, inline actions, and background automations.

• Ensure the Agent is dependable, understandable, and secure.

• Deliver high-quality products that tackle customer pain points and solidify Vanta's position as a leader in AI-powered GRC solutions.

• Contribute to defining and cultivating the culture of Vanta's product team as the organization expands.

• Lead and automate the end-to-end processes for content creation, editing, and management.

• Develop an agentic solution to automate gap assessments in accordance with new compliance frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products.

• Strong technical expertise with experience in launching AI products.

• Proficient in writing and refining prompts, assessing outputs, and implementing systematic quality enhancements.

• Customer-centric approach, including proactive engagement with customers, synthesizing their feedback, and collaborating with go-to-market teams.

• Inquisitive, empathetic, and focused on user needs.

• Capable of fostering effective collaboration among various stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that are clear and persuasive.

• A learner's mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for developing AI products.

• Resilience to experiment, iterate, and learn from failures.

• Strong interest and understanding of the evolving AI/ML landscape.

• Data-informed approach utilizing both qualitative user insights and quantitative analysis for roadmap development and prioritization.
