This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• Oversee the lifecycle of atomic assets and manage metadata effectively.
• Direct integrations with content management, marketing, and activation platforms.
• Ensure that content is efficiently managed and easily discoverable throughout the content supply chain.
• Evaluate market demands and motivate cross-functional product teams to deliver value.
• Enhance sales, streamline processes, and boost customer satisfaction through high-quality products.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, business partners, and third-party vendors.
• Assist in business reviews and effectively communicate and present at all organizational levels.
• Generate creative ideas for growth and change management initiatives.
• Analyze data, address challenges, and lead product teams to success.
• Convert business objectives and user expectations into product strategy and priorities.
• Establish goals, metrics, and analytics to assess product value.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, making decisions based on value.
• Collaborate with Finance on financial requirements and business planning.
• Stay informed on research and competitive trends to propose effective solutions.
• Develop, test, and refine assumptions through user research and testing.
• Document, evaluate, and uphold quality and change control standards.
• Create, prioritize, and approve user stories to integrate into release planning.
• Engage in standups, iteration planning, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Promote collaboration, resolve obstacles, and advocate for users and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in learning initiatives.
• Involve in talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
• Practical experience managing and scaling Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of content supply chain processes, including content creation, asset intake, metadata governance, distribution, and channel activation.
• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, asset intake workflows, and Content Management Systems (CMS) that support bidirectional asset syncing.
• Experience with data modeling for asset cleanliness/governance and AI-driven metadata enhancement and automated tagging.
• Proven experience in developing search functionalities and taxonomy frameworks for enterprise DAM environments.
• Background as a Product Manager in a contemporary software development-based enterprise context.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities often change.
• Skilled in communicating and influencing both functional and technical team members across all organizational levels.
• Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team.
• Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and approving user stories.
• Expertise in conducting user research and testing.
• Strong ability to identify goals, metrics, and analytics to evaluate product value.
• Experience in conducting competitive research and analysis.
• Capable of mentoring junior team members in Product Management fundamentals.
• No certifications required.
• Remote/Virtual work arrangement.
• Overnight travel typically less than 10% of the time.
