This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, own, and uphold the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for the Lead-to-Opportunity domain as well as the wider GTM technology stack that integrates with Salesforce.
• Convert the strategies of Marketing, Sales Development, RevOps, and GTM leadership into prioritized system capabilities with expected outcomes and success metrics.
• Facilitate quarterly planning sessions with Engineering Managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs).
• Sustain process maps, lead lifecycle flows, and decision logs.
• Act as the principal product voice for L2O and GTM Systems initiatives.
• Coordinate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, business process design, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Mentor BSAs in product mindset, structuring requirements, establishing acceptance criteria, and communicating the roadmap.
• Oversee initiatives from start to finish, including discovery, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead-flow/data-flow diagrams.
• Manage backlog intake, triage requests, and advocate for prioritization decisions.
• Define and report on success metrics including lead response time, routing accuracy, conversion rate, data quality, and adoption.
• Identify and mitigate dependencies across related domains.
• Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering managers on the design of Salesforce and MarTech integrations, API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Ensure clarity regarding domain-level roles and responsibilities among technical managers, BSAs, and adjacent pods.
• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or Marketing/Revenue Operations technology roles, with a proven trajectory toward product ownership.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity processes, including lead capture, scoring, routing, and conversion.
• Practical familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Knowledge of lead scoring and routing tools, as well as data enrichment or intent providers.
• Good grasp of the quoting process.
• Proven experience in owning and communicating multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience leading initiatives end-to-end involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across Marketing and Sales.
• Technical proficiency in API design, data model decisions, and integration trade-offs.
• Experience in mentoring or enhancing the skills of analysts and BSAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, data governance, and compliance for lead data, or prior experience in people management.
